Frequently asked questions
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No card is required to start. We will ask for one before the 7-day trial ends so you can keep using Entregarte without interruption.
What happens when the trial ends?
You get a 7-day grace window to subscribe. If you do not, uploads and validations stop, but you keep read access to your campaigns and history. We do not delete anything because you stopped paying.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes - cancel from the billing portal and you keep access until the end of the period.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, from the billing portal, in either direction. The new plan limits apply as soon as the change goes through.
What if I run out of quota mid-month?
We email you at 80% and again at 100% of your usage, so it never lands as a surprise. If you use up the month's uploads, new ones are blocked until the next cycle or until you move up a plan. If it is the AI quota you exhaust, the software validations keep running as normal and only the AI ones are skipped, and the result says so.
Why are AI validations metered separately?
AI validations call third-party vision models - we meter them so high-volume plans cost-share fairly.
Do my customers need an account?
No. Your customer gets the campaign link, drops the file and sees the result right there. Accounts are for your team only.
Which file formats are supported?
PDF is accepted by default, since that is what reaches the press. The format validator is configurable per campaign, so you can allow other extensions if your workflow needs them.
How many of my team can use it?
Starter covers 3 people and Pro covers 10, each with their own permissions. On Business we size it to your organisation.
Can I put my own brand on the upload page?
Yes, on the Pro and Business plans. The page your customer sees is yours, not ours.
Does the AI decide on its own whether a file is rejected?
No. Anything measurable (bleed, resolution, size, separations) is checked by software and the answer is the same every time. AI only steps in where judgement is needed, it writes down what it saw and why, and the final call is always the print shop's.
How long do you store uploaded files?
Uploaded files are kept for 90 days. You can delete any file from the dashboard at any time.
